collaborations and trainings
Famous American 'CataractCoach' Dr. Uday Devgan, one of the world's leading names in the field of
ophthalmology and especially cataract surgery, gave a special training to the assistant doctors of our eye
clinic via zoom upon the invitation of Prof. Dr. Özlem Evren Kemer, Administrative and Training Officer
of the Eye Clinic.
During the training, Dr. Devgan gave detailed information about the various difficulties encountered in
cataract surgery, the most effective surgical techniques and the issues that need to be considered to
increase patient satisfaction. In addition to theoretical topics, the training also included practical
suggestions and surgical video demonstrations.
This special training event was welcomed with great pleasure by our assistant physicians. Our physicians
thanked the professors of our Eye Clinic and the management of Bilkent City Hospital for having such a
valuable opportunity to develop professionally.
