At the 8th Performance and Quality in Health Congress, a large participation team represented our Ankara Bilkent City Hospital with verbal and poster presentations, special sessions and stand activities, befitting our corporate family.
Under the chairmanship of our Coordinator Chief Physician, Faculty Member Dr. Aziz Ahmet Surel and Coordinator Deputy Chief Physician, Specialist Filiz Denizli Ergen, our team consisting of Quality and Efficiency Unit employees, Education Coordinator, Digital Hospital Unit and Corporate Communications Unit employees presented their verbal and poster presentations during the congress, organized events at the promotion stand of our hospital and attended courses and trainings in the field of quality and efficiency.
In the session titled “Experiences of Quality Standards in Health from the Institution's Perspective: Benefits and Challenges”, our Coordinator Chief Physician Aziz Ahmet Surel talked about the Quality Standards in Health studies carried out at Ankara Bilkent City Hospital since its establishment, its processes, experiences and its reflections on the corporate culture.
Our Hospital's Health Tourism Responsible Physician, Ear Nose and Throat Diseases Clinic Training Assistant Associate Professor Yüce İslamoğlu, gave a speech titled "A View of Health Tourism in Public Health Facilities" in the session titled "Globalization, Health Tourism, Quality and Accreditation" and explained the health tourism activities carried out in our hospital.
The exhibitions, which are open to the visit of the participants all day along with the stand activities, were also welcomed by the representatives of our other hospitals.
