Our Cardiovascular Hospitalwas Presented with the Certificate of Accreditation by Türkiye Health Care Quality and Accreditation Institute
Our Cardiovascular Hospital which provides service within the body of Türkiye’ s first and only accredited city hospital Ankara Bilkent City Hospital, was presented with the certificate of accreditation with a ceremony. Cardiovascular Hospital Certificate of Accreditation Award Ceremony started with one minute’s silence for respect and Turkish National Anthem was sung and it continued right after with a cinevision that narrated the accreditation process.
The ceremony continued with the opening speeches of Quality Director and Coordinator Deputy Chief Physician Specialist Filiz Denizli Ergen. She emphasized the efforts of our Coordinatorship and Cardiovascular Surgery who completed countless internal-external inspections successfully, extending her thanks to all the healthcare professionals who labored ceaselessly with the aim of becoming a worldwide known successful hospital by serving patients who needed accredited healthcare within the principals of excellence.
Head Physician of our Cardiovascular Hospital Prof. Dr. Mehmet Ali Özatik highlighted the work put into the accreditation process from start to finish and expressed his gratitude to all the executive team, doctors and the other staff who worked even in their off days with devotion. He expressed the honor of receiving this certificate from the hands of, the President of Health Institutes of Türkiye Prof. Dr Ümit Kervan, also a member of our corporate family. The ceremony, in which the cinevision was prepared by the Cardiovascular Hospital caught the interest of many, continued with Coordinator Head Physician Assoc. Prof. Aziz Ahmet Sürel’s speech.
Coordinator Head Physician Assoc. Prof. Aziz Ahmet Sürel said that our hospitals which were presented with the accreditation certificate is always ready to support the other hospitals who applied for accreditation, thanking for the hard work of our Cardiovascular Hospital.
In his speech, Ankara Provincial Health Director Specialist M.D Ali Niyazi Kurtcebe said that he had wished for all of our hospitals who are going to be accredited in a short period of time to be together in such great accomplishments, conveying his gratitude towards the motivation of the Ankara Bilkent City Hospital family, who continued to work even in public holidays.
Afterwards, The President of Türkiye Health Care Quality and Accreditation Institute Prof. Dr. Figen Çizmeci Şenel stated that she owned the workers of Health Institutes of Türkiye a debt of gratitude, thanking to the staff of our hospital for their efforts. Underlining the challenging work of her colleagues’, Şenel laid an emphasis on sustainability and innovation in regards of accreditation.
The President of Health Institutes of Türkiye Prof. Dr. Ümit Kervan stated in his speech that this presentation carries a special importance to him and on the side of being inspected first and then being a part of the presentation process will be a fond memory for him. He said that in the upcoming step, Ankara Bilkent City hospital will be an important center for Health Institutes of Türkiye regarding innovation, ARGE and healthcare technology.
