Injured Patients from Macedonia Found Healing at Our Hospital.

Following the tragic club fire in the city of Kočani, North Macedonia, six injured individuals were transferred to our hospital for advanced treatment. As one of Turkey’s most well-equipped healthcare centers, our Bilkent City Hospital successfully carried out all necessary medical and surgical interventions for these patients and discharged them safely back to their home country.

The Burn Center, which began operating on August 8, 2020, has quickly become not only a national but also an international reference center for tertiary-level burn treatment. With a fully equipped burn intensive care unit featuring 6 beds, a 24-bed burn ward, state-of-the-art operating rooms, and a team of specialists, the center is fully capable of meeting all the needs of advanced burn care.

In addition to burn treatment, our Burn Center also offers physical therapy, rehabilitation, and psychological support services aimed at improving patients' quality of life. Thus, the focus is not only on treating the injury, but also on helping individuals reintegrate into life.
