How can I get examined?
Diagnosis, treatment and follow-up patients with a created patient file are expected to come to their next appointment by scheduling an appointment for per visit. When there is an emergency situation, they can contact us without waiting for any appointment.
Patients with no patient file can get examined by taking a number to be registered for any Hematology Polyclinic from the help desks located in the ground floor.
Patients who want to schedule an appointment can make it via Centralized Hospital Appointment System (MHRS) by dialing 182. However, these patients have to visit Internal Medicine Polyclinic first and if a further treatment is required, they start the necessary procedures.
If patients referred from other departments for consultation, they can contact our department within the examination hours to be examined in the same day.
Patients having stem cell transplantation history are followed in KIT Polyclinic (Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation) after transplantation; they do not have to make an appointment.
Procedures
When patients arrive at Hematology Polyclinics, they need to be registered by a secretary first. For registration, patients must provide a document including a photo of him/her (identity card, driving license, passport etc.) in person. Otherwise, the system cannot be proceeded.
After registration, a polyclinic registration barcode indicating the location of the polyclinic and patient examination number is given to patient. When that patient sees his or her name written on the screen above the door, s/he can enter inside.
